This is not your everyday 5K. It is much, much, more.

Stripping down to your skivvies in front of thousands of onlookers is a childhood nightmare – but, for just one day, it’s also a whole lot of fun.

The Third Annual “Undie Dash” will undoubtedly turn a few heads as thousands of underwear-clad runners take to the lakefront path in a fun, and charitable, trot to a rocking post-race party.

In addition to being an all-around good time, the event will benefit Bright Pink, an organization that empowers young women to take control of their breast and ovarian health.
